Collage

"The Trinity of Time" collage was created with a philosophy by which the artist conceptualizes time in a 3-fold abstract artistic rendering. Each panel manifests one concept of time. Panel one is the physical, panel two is spiritual and panel three represents the mystical. The physical represents what we see. Created in 2016, I used pop culture and political icons to symbolize the concrete. Panel two symbolizes how the world perceives time, and can be viewed through the lens of our religious nature. In a sense we are all spiritually ascending to higher understanding. We are born, we live and we die are all spiritual or religious events. The last panel is the Mystical nature of time or the unknown. Who knows if time is a parallel universe or if God is pulling the strings.
